What we process

Account data: email and name. Usage data: photos of receipts, tags and items, the lines recognised from them, prices, dates, shops, your sales and expenses. Technical data: IP address and request time, for abuse protection and limits.

Why

To provide the service itself (basis: performance of a contract), to count plan limits, to keep the service secure, and to send service email: address confirmation, password recovery, return-deadline reminders.

Who receives it

Only providers without which the service does not run: hosting and file storage, the database, the email service, the payment provider and the document recognition service. We do not sell data and do not share it for advertising.

Photos of receipts and tags are sent to the recognition model solely to obtain structured data. Please do not upload documents containing unnecessary personal data of third parties.

How long

As long as the account exists. Source documents (receipts, photos) are kept together with purchases — they serve as proof of cost. After account deletion data is removed within 30 days, except where law requires longer retention.

Your rights

You can obtain a copy of your data, correct it, delete the account, restrict or object to processing, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. CSV export is available inside the app. For anything else write to [email] — we answer within 30 days.

Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies only: the sign-in session and the chosen interface language. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.
