Reselling without spreadsheets
Snap the tags while you walk the shop. Snap the receipt at the till — and get a ready stock with the real cost per item.
The demo needs no account — upload a receipt and see what comes out of it.
Sound familiar?
- You can see revenue, but not how much of it is yours.
- Travel, shipping and packaging are counted nowhere.
- Receipts in one place, items in another, the spreadsheet a week behind.
- The return window quietly expired.
How it works
1. Snap the tags in the shop
Every item you pick up. Parsing runs in the background, and the running basket total is right there — how much you have picked up so far.
2. Snap the receipt at the till
AI reads the lines, discounts, date and return deadline. The receipt closes the purchase.
3. Get the reconciliation
Tags are matched to receipt lines by article code. You only see the mismatches: a discount that did not apply, a double scan, a forgotten item.
4. Sell and see the profit
Cost including travel and shipping, net profit per item, a monthly report.
What makes it different
Other apps add items by hand or from a photo of the item. Here a single shot of the receipt yields 8 to 30 lines with prices and discounts, and tags are matched to them by article code rather than by eye. What you keep is documentary proof of cost, not just a list.
That matters beyond bookkeeping: marketplaces report sellers to tax authorities, and it is the cost side that separates profit from revenue.
What it costs
The free plan covers 3 receipts a month, no card required. Solo is €4.90 a month or €49 a year.
