What is DAC7?
It is an EU framework under which digital platforms collect and report specified seller and consideration data to tax authorities.
Does a DAC7 report mean the full amount is profit?
No. DAC7 concerns platform reporting, while taxation follows national law. Cost basis and documented expenses need their own records.
Does Buer send anything to tax authorities?
No. The account owner downloads the export. Buer does not file returns or transmit the package to authorities.
