These terms govern the use of Obriym Buer (the Service), provided by [legal entity — full name], registration number [number], address [address]. By using the Service you agree to them.
What the Service does
The Service helps you track purchases and sales: it reads receipts and product tags, stores photos of source documents, and calculates cost and profit. It is not accounting software and does not file anything on your behalf; responsibility for tax records stays with you.
Account
One account belongs to one person. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for actions taken from your account. We may suspend access in case of abuse, attempts to work around plan limits, or automated querying of the Service.
Plans and payment
The free plan has the limits described on the pricing page. Paid plans are paid in advance for the chosen period — a month or a year. When the paid period ends the account moves to the free plan, and your data stays available within its limits.
Document recognition
Recognition is performed by an AI model and is not perfectly accurate. The Service always produces a draft that a human confirms; checking totals and lines before confirming is yours to do.
Availability
We aim for uninterrupted operation but do not guarantee it absolutely: planned updates and outages of third-party services (hosting, storage, payment providers, the recognition model) are possible.
Liability
The Service is provided as is. We are not liable for lost profit or decisions made on the basis of Service data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid over the last three months.
Changes
We announce material changes to the account email at least 14 days in advance. Continuing to use the Service after they take effect means you accept them.
