Terms of Service

What the Service does

The Service helps you track purchases and sales: it reads receipts and product tags, stores photos of source documents, and calculates cost and profit. It is not accounting software and does not file anything on your behalf; responsibility for tax records stays with you.

Account

One account belongs to one person. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for actions taken from your account. We may suspend access in case of abuse, attempts to work around plan limits, or automated querying of the Service.

Ordering and delivery of the service

The Service is a digital service delivered remotely through buer.obriym.com. No physical goods are shipped, so postal or courier delivery does not apply.

Free access is activated after registration and account confirmation. A paid plan is activated automatically after the payment provider confirms a successful payment, normally within a few minutes. If access is not activated, contact support with the account email, payment date and amount.

The included features, limits, currency, full price and duration of each plan are shown on the pricing page before payment. The Service is provided for the paid month or year according to the selected option.

Payment methods and procedure

Payment is made online by bank card on the secure WayForPay payment page. The available card schemes and payment methods are displayed on that page. Buer does not receive or store the full card number, expiry date or CVV.

Paid plans are prepaid for the selected term. Before confirming payment, you see the plan, period, currency and total amount. A successful payment is confirmed on screen and in plan history. A declined, cancelled or incomplete payment does not activate paid access.

Automatic renewal and subscription cancellation

If recurring billing is selected at checkout, the subscription renews automatically at the end of each paid period and the current plan price is charged to the same card. The payment page identifies the payment as recurring before confirmation.

You can cancel automatic renewal from the plan section in the application. No further charges will be made, while paid access remains available until the end of the period already paid. Cancelling a subscription does not itself refund the current period; the refund procedure is set out in the Refund Policy.

If a renewal charge fails, a new paid period is not activated. At the end of the current period the account moves to Free; the data is not deleted and remains available within the free-plan limits.

Document recognition

Recognition is performed by an AI model and is not perfectly accurate. The Service always produces a draft that a human confirms; checking totals and lines before confirming is yours to do.

Availability

We aim for uninterrupted operation but do not guarantee it absolutely: planned updates and outages of third-party services (hosting, storage, payment providers, the recognition model) are possible.

Liability

The Service is provided as is. We are not liable for lost profit or decisions made on the basis of Service data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid over the last three months.

Changes

We announce material changes to the account email at least 14 days in advance. Continuing to use the Service after they take effect means you accept them.
