Refunds

August 2026

The Service has a free plan, so you can evaluate it without paying. If a paid plan still did not fit, here is how we handle it.

Cancelling a payment or transaction

Before confirming payment on the WayForPay page, you may return to Buer or close the page; an incomplete transaction does not activate a plan. After a payment succeeds, the transaction cannot be cancelled directly by the user and a refund request must be submitted using the procedure below.

To stop future recurring charges, cancel the subscription in the plan section. This does not end access immediately; it remains active until the end of the period already paid.

Within 14 days

We refund the full amount on request within 14 days of payment, provided you have not made substantial use of the paid limits (as a guide, no more than three recognised receipts in that period).

If mandatory law in the buyer's country provides broader cancellation or refund rights, those mandatory rules apply.

Incorrect or duplicate payment

If the same payment was charged twice or the amount differs from the amount displayed before confirmation, notify support. Once verified, the incorrectly charged amount is refunded in full.

A technical problem on our side

If the service did not work because of our fault and we could not fix it, we refund the corresponding period in full, regardless of how much time has passed.

After 14 days

The paid period runs to its end, after which the account moves to the free plan. Partial refunds for unused months of a yearly subscription are considered case by case.

How to ask

Write to buer@obriym.com from the account email. Include your name, account email, payment date, amount and currency, plan name and reason for the request. Do not send the full card number or CVV; if needed, the last four digits are sufficient.

We acknowledge the request and provide a decision within 3 business days. An approved refund is initiated to the original payment method within 14 calendar days. The actual posting time depends on the bank and card scheme.
